Counterparts. This Amendment may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original, but all of which taken together will constitute one and the same instrument. The parties agree that facsimile or electronic signatures shall have the same force and effect as original signatures.

This Amendment may be signed in any number of counterparts (facsimile and electronic transmission included), each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. Signatures to this Amendment may be provided by PDF file and shall be deemed to be original signatures.

Section # Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be an original, but each of which, when taken together, shall constitute one and the same instrument. Signatures of the Parties hereto transmitted by facsimile or portable document format (PDF) shall be deemed to be their original signatures for all purposes.

Counterparts. This Warrant may be executed in any number of counterparts and each of such counterparts shall for all purposes be deemed to be an original, and all such counterparts shall together constitute but one and the same instrument. Signatures delivered via facsimile or email shall be considered original signatures for all purposes hereof.

Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts and by facsimile signatures, which taken together still constitute collectively one agreement. In making proof of this Agreement it shall not be necessary to produce or account for more than one such counterpart with each party’s counterpart or facsimile signature.

COUNTERPARTS: DELIVERY BY FACSIMILE. This Assignment Agreement may be executed in counterparts. Transmission by facsimile of an executed counterpart of this Assignment Agreement shall be deemed to constitute due and sufficient delivery of such counterpart and such facsimile shall be deemed to be an original counterpart of this Assignment Agreement.

This Amendment may be executed in one or more counterparts, including by facsimile, and all counterparts shall constitute one fully executed agreement. The signature of any party to any counterpart shall be deemed a signature to, and may be appended to, any other counterpart. Additionally, the parties agree that this Amendment may be electronically signed, and that electronic signatures appearing on this Amendment are the same as handwritten signatures for the purposes of validity, enforcement, and admissibility.

This letter may be executed in one or more counterparts, including by facsimile, and all of the counterparts shall constitute one fully executed agreement. The signature of any party to any counterpart shall be deemed a signature to, and may be appended to, any other counterpart. Additionally, the parties agree that this letter may be electronically signed, and that electronic signatures appearing on this letter are the same as handwritten signatures for the purposes of validity, enforcement and admissibility.

This Special Bonus Agreement may be executed by .pdf or facsimile signatures and in any number of counterparts with the same effect as if all signatory parties had signed the same document. All counterparts shall be construed together and shall constitute one and the same instrument.

Each party represents that it has authority to enter into this Amendment. This Amendment may be executed in counterparts, each of which for all purposes shall be deemed an original, and all of which constitute, collectively, one agreement. Facsimile or electronically transmitted signatures shall be deemed effective as originals.
