FACSIMILE SIGNATURES. Signatures hereon which are transmitted via facsimile, or other electronic image, shall be deemed original signatures.

Facsimile Signatures. This Agreement may be executed and delivered by facsimile or other means of electronic communication and upon such delivery by facsimile or other means of electronic communication, including without limitation in portable document format, the signature will be deemed to have the same effect as if the original signature had been delivered to the other party.

COUNTERPARTS; FACSIMILE SIGNATURES. This Release may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be deemed an original instrument without the production of any other counterpart. Any signature on this Release, delivered by either party by photographic, facsimile or PDF shall be deemed to be an original signature thereto.

Counterparts; Facsimile Signatures. The parties may execute this Amendment in any number of counterparts, each of which, when executed shall have the force and effect of an original, but all such counterparts shall constitute one and the same Amendment. For purposes of this Amendment, a facsimile signature or a scanned signature shall be deemed the same as an original.

This Agreement may be executed in any number of and by different parties hereto on separate counterparts, all of which, when so executed, shall be deemed an original, but all such counterparts shall constitute one and the same agreement. Any signature delivered by a party by facsimile or other electronic means shall be deemed to be an original signature hereto.

Counterparts; Facsimile Signatures. This Management Agreement may be executed manually, by facsimile or by scan and email by the Parties hereto, in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be considered one and the same agreement and shall become effective when a counterpart hereof shall have been signed by each of the Parties and delivered to the other Party.

Counterparts; Facsimile Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in separate counterparts, each of which will be an original and all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same agreement, and any party hereto may execute this Agreement by signing any such counterpart. A facsimile signature by any party on a counterpart of this Agreement shall be binding and effective for all purposes. Such party shall subsequently deliver to the other party an original, executed copy of this Agreement; provided, however, that a failure of such party to deliver an original, executed copy shall not invalidate Executive's or its signature.

Counterparts; Electronic Signatures. This Amendment may be in the form of an Electronic Record (and may be delivered by e-mail or facsimile) and may be executed using Electronic Signatures (including, without limitation, facsimile and .pdf) and shall be considered an original, and shall have the same legal effect, validity and enforceability as a paper record. This Amendment may be executed in as many counterparts as necessary or convenient, including both paper and electronic counterparts, but all such counterparts are one and the same letter agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the authorization under this paragraph may include, without limitation, use or acceptance by [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] of a manually signed paper Communication which has been converted into electronic form (such as scanned into pdf format), or an electronically signed Communication converted into another format, for transmission, delivery and/or retention. For purposes hereof, # “Electronic Record” and “Electronic Signature” shall have the meanings assigned to them, respectively, by 15 USC §7006, as it may be amended from time to time and # “Communication” shall mean this Amendment and any document, amendment, approval, consent, information, notice, certificate, request, statement, disclosure or authorization related to this Amendment.

Signatures to this written consent delivered by facsimile or in .pdf or other electronic format shall be acceptable and binding and treated in all respects as having the same effect as an original signature.

This Amendment No. 4 and all documents executed and delivered in connection herewith, and all notices and other communications given pursuant to this Amendment No. 4, may be executed and signatures transmitted via email or facsimile in addition to the methods prescribed in Section 24.2 of the PPA. Email or facsimile deliveries shall be sent as follows:

Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in any identical counterparts, and all of which shall be construed together as a single instrument. Original signatures transmitted by facsimile or email will be effective to create counterparts.

This Amendment may be executed in counterparts, including by facsimile or electronically transmitted (PDF) signatures, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

This Settlement may be executed in a number of counterparts, including by facsimile or electronic email, each of which shall constitute an original, but all such counterparts together shall constitute one and the same Settlement. The signatures to this Settlement may be evidenced by facsimile or PDF copies reflecting the signatories hereto, and any such facsimile or PDF copy shall be sufficient evidence of each signature as if it were an original signature.

SECTION # The effectiveness of this Amendment is subject to receipt by the Administrative Agent of executed counterparts (or other evidence of execution, including facsimile or other electronic signatures, satisfactory to the Administrative Agent) of this Amendment.

This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts and all such counterparts taken together will be deemed to constitute one and the same instrument, and further, this Agreement may be executed by facsimile signatures.

Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which will be deemed to be an original copy of this Agreement and all of which, when taken together, will be deemed to constitute one and the same agreement. The exchange of copies of this Agreement and of signature pages by facsimile transmission or email means shall constitute effective execution and delivery of this Agreement as to the Parties and may be used in lieu of the original Agreement for all purposes. Signatures of the Parties transmitted by facsimile or email shall be deemed to be their original signatures for any purposes whatsoever.

Section # Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in identical counterparts, both which shall be considered one and the same agreement and shall become effective when counterparts have been signed by each party and delivered to the other party. Facsimile or other electronically scanned and delivered signatures (including any electronic signature covered by the U.S. federal ESIGN Act of 2000, Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, the Electronic Signatures and Records Act or other applicable law, e.g., www.docusign.com), including by e-mail attachment, shall be deemed to have been duly and validly delivered and be valid as originals and effective for all purposes of this Agreement.
