This Agreement may be signed in counterparts and shall become effective as if executed in a single, complete document upon its execution by the Parties. Facsimile signatures of the undersigned Parties will have the same force and effect as original signatures.

This Agreement, and any amendment hereto, may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall for all purposes be deemed to be an original and all of which shall constitute the same instrument. A facsimile copy of any such signed counterpart shall be treated and shall have the same force and effect as an originally signed counterpart.

This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts by any Party or Parties on separate counterparts, each of which when executed and delivered shall have the same effect as if the signatures and seals on the counterparts were on a single copy of this Agreement. Such counterpart executed by one Party may be received by facsimile or electronic mail (and shall be valid and effectual as if executed as an original), followed by the original delivered to the other Party.

This Agreement may be executed in several counterparts all of which shall constitute one agreement, binding on all the parties hereto, notwithstanding that all the parties are not signatories to the same counterpart. A signature upon this Agreement delivered by facsimile or other electronic means shall be effective for all purposes as the original.

This Agreement may be signed in counterparts, which together shall constitute a single Agreement. This Agreement may be executed and transmitted to any other party by facsimile, pdf or other electronic method, which shall be deemed to be, and utilized in all respects as, an originally executed document.

Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, all of which shall be considered one and the same agreement and shall become effective when counterparts have been signed by each Party and delivered to the other Party; provided that a facsimile, electronic or .pdf signature shall be considered due execution and shall be binding upon the signatory thereto with the same force and effect as if the signature were an original, not a facsimile, electronic or .pdf signature.

This Agreement may be executed in two or more identical counterparts, all of which shall be considered one and the same agreement and shall become effective when counterparts have been signed by each party and delivered to the other party. Executed copies of the signature pages of this Agreement sent by facsimile or transmitted electronically in Portable Document Format shall be treated as originals, fully binding and with full legal force and effect, and the parties waive any rights they may have to object to such treatment.
