Execution. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts and as so executed shall constitute one agreement binding on each of the parties hereto. Signatures to this Agreement transmitted by email (portable document format (pdf)) or facsimile shall be valid and effective to bind the party so signing. Each party agrees to promptly deliver an execution original to this Agreement with its actual signature to the other party, but a failure to do so shall not affect the enforceability of this Agreement, it being expressly agreed that each party to this Agreement shall be bound by its own email (pdf) or facsimile signature and shall accept the email (pdf) or facsimile signature of the other party to this Agreement.

Facsimile and e-mailed copies of signatures in portable document format (PDF) shall be deemed to be originals for purposes of the effectiveness of this Agreement.

This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts which together shall constitute the Agreement. Executed signature pages of this Agreement transmitted via facsimile or electronic mail shall be valid and binding as original signatures and shall be considered an agreement of the respective parties to fully execute and deliver originally signed copies of this Agreement.

This Agreement may be executed in identical counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which shall constitute one and the same agreement. This Agreement, once executed by a party, may be delivered to the other party hereto by facsimile transmission or by e-mail in a ".pdf' format data file of a copy of this Agreement bearing the signature of the party so delivering this Agreement.

This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which taken together shall be deemed to constitute one and the same instrument. An executed signature page of this Agreement delivered by facsimile transmission or by .pdf through electronic mail shall be as effective as an original executed signature page.

This Agreement may be executed in two (2) or more counterparts, each of which together shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. In the event that any signature is delivered by facsimile transmission or by e-mail delivery of a “.pdf” format data file, such signature shall create a valid and binding obligation of the party executing (or on whose behalf such signature is executed) with the same force and effect as if such facsimile or “.pdf” signature page were an original thereof.
