This Extension Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different parties hereto in separate counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed to be an original and all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same agreement. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page to this Extension Amendment by telecopy or .pdf shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Extension Amendment.

This Amendment may be executed in several counterparts (and by different parties hereto in different counterparts), each of which shall constitute an original, but all of which when taken together shall constitute a single contract. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page to this Amendment by telecopy or other electronic transmission shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Amendment.

Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page to this Letter Amendment by telecopier or electronic communication shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Letter Amendment.

Counterparts. This Amendment may be executed by one or more of the parties hereto on any number of separate counterparts, and all of said counterparts taken together shall be deemed to constitute one and the same instrument. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page of this Amendment by telecopy, e-mailed.pdf or any other electronic means that reproduces an image of the actual executed signature page shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Amendment.
