Each Credit Extension after the Closing Date shall be deemed to constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrower on the date thereof as to the matters specified in paragraphs [(b) and (c) of this Section 4.02]; provided, however, that the conditions set forth in this Section 4.02 shall not apply to any Credit Extension under any Incremental Facility Amendment, Refinancing Amendment or Extension Amendment unless in each case the ​ in respect thereof have required satisfaction of the same in the applicable Incremental Facility Amendment, Refinancing Amendment or Extension Amendment, as applicable.

Each Request for Credit Extension (other than a Committed Loan Notice requesting only a conversion of Loans to the other Type or a continuation of Eurocurrency Rate Loans) submitted by the Borrower after the Closing Date shall be deemed to be a representation and warranty that the conditions specified in [Section 4.03(i) and (ii)])] have been satisfied on and as of the date of the applicable Credit Extension.

Each Credit Extension hereunder shall be deemed to be a representation and warranty by Borrower that the conditions specified in this Section 5.2 have been satisfied on and as of the date of the applicable Credit Extension.

Each Request for Credit Extension submitted by the Borrower shall be deemed to be a representation and warranty that the conditions specified in Sections 4.02(a) and (b) have been satisfied on and as of the date of the applicable Credit Extension.

Each Request for a Credit Extension (other than a Committed Loan Notice requesting only a conversion of Loans to the other Type or a continuation of Eurocurrency Rate Loans and subject to the Permitted Acquisition Provisions) submitted by the Borrower shall be deemed to be a representation and warranty that the conditions specified in [Sections 4.02(a) and (b)])] have been satisfied (unless waived) on and as of the date of the applicable Credit Extension.

Each Request for Credit Extension (other than a Loan Notice requesting only a conversion of Loans to the other Type or a continuation of Eurodollar Rate Loans) submitted by the Borrower shall be deemed to be a representation and warranty that the conditions specified in [Sections 4.02(a), (b) and (d)])])] have been satisfied on and as of the date of the applicable Credit Extension.

Each Request for Credit Extension submitted by the Borrower (other than a Committed Loan Notice requesting only a conversion of Committed Loans to another Type or a continuation of Term SOFR Loans) shall be deemed to be a representation and warranty that the conditions specified in [Sections 4.02(a), (b) and (d)])])] have been satisfied on and as of the date of the applicable Credit Extension.
