Extension of Period to Exercise Stock Options. Subject to approval by the Board of Directors or Compensation Committee, agrees to extend (currently 90 days) the period Employee may exercise vested stock options to twelve (12) months from the Separation Date.
Upon termination, if the Executive is eligible for this Extension of Exercise Rights benefit, the Executive shall have an extended post-termination exercise period for vested stock option equal to the lesser of the following: # twelve (12) months following the Termination Date or # the expiration date of the grant of said vested stock options. If upon termination, an Executive with more than ten years of continuous employment with the [[Organization A:Organization]] voluntarily terminates employment, the extended post-termination exercise period shall be equal to the expiration date of the grant of said vested stock options.
