the Company may elect by notice to the [[Person A:Person]] and such Non-Extending Lender that the Termination Date of such Non-Extending Lender be changed to a date (which date shall be specified in such notice) on or prior to such immediately succeeding Anniversary Date (and, upon the giving of such notice, the Termination Date of such Non-Extending Lender shall be so changed); or

the Company may elect by noticeEach Lender that determines not to extend its Termination Date (a “Non-Extending Lender”) shall notify the [[Person A:Person]] (which shall notify the Lenders) of such fact promptly after such determination but in any event no later than the Consent Date, and suchany Lender that does not advise the [[Person A:Person]] in writing on or before the Consent Date shall be deemed to be a Non-Extending Lender thatand (without limiting the Termination DateCompany’s rights under [Section 2.15(c)]) shall have no liability to the Company in connection therewith. The election of any Lender to agree to such Non-Extendingextension shall not obligate any other Lender be changed to aso agree. The [[Person A:Person]] shall notify the Company of each Lender’s determination under this [Section 2.15(a)] no later than the date (which date shall be specified in such notice) on or15 days prior to such immediately succeedingthe relevant Anniversary Date (and, upon(or, if such date is not a Business Day, on the giving of such notice, the Termination Date of such Non-Extending Lender shall be so changed); ornext preceding Business Day).
