Extended Term Loans. (i) On the Amendment No. 4 Effective Date, in accordance with, and upon the terms and conditions set forth in, Amendment No. 4, # any Existing Term Loans of each Non-Extended Term Lender outstanding on such date shall continue hereunder and be reclassified as Non-Extended Term Loans on such date and # any Existing Term Loans of each Extended Term Lender outstanding on such date shall continue hereunder and be reclassified as an Extended Term Loans on such date.

Extended Term. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for two (2) months, commencing November 1, 2020 and ending on December 31, 2020 (the "Extended Term").

Extended Term Loans. (i) On the Amendment No. 4 Effective Date, in accordance with, and upon the terms and conditions set forth in, Amendment No. 4, # any Existing Term Loans of each Non-Extended Term Lender outstanding on such date shall continue hereunder and be reclassified as Non-Extended Term Loans on such date and # any Existing Term Loans of each Extended Term Lender outstanding on such date shall continue hereunder and be reclassified as an Extended Term Loans on such date.

Extended Term.Tenant shall continue to retain its right to an Extended Term under and subject to the provisions of [Article 35] of the Lease as to the entire Leased Premises, which Extended Term would commence immediately following the Expiration Date of the Lease as extended by this Agreement.

Extended Term. The initial term of the Lease, which is scheduled to expire on February 28, 2022 (the “Initial Term”), is hereby extended for a period of thirty (30) months (the "Extended Term"), commencing March 1, 2022 and expiring August 31, 2024 (the “Expiration Date”), unless sooner terminated pursuant to the terms of the Lease. Lessee shall have no further option or right to extend the Term of the Lease. As used in the Lease, references to the "term" or "Term" of the Lease shall mean the period starting on the Commencement Date and ending on the Expiration Date (as extended pursuant to this Amendment).

Extended Term Loans. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Borrower shall repay the aggregate outstanding principal amount of each Extended Term Loan (if any) as determined pursuant to, and in accordance with, [Section 5.16].

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, subject to the terms of this Section 2.14, Lead Borrower may at any time and from time to time request that all or a portion of any Tranche of Term Loans (each, an “Existing Term Loan Tranche”), be converted to extend the scheduled maturity date(s) of any payment of principal with respect to all or any portion of such Existing Term Loan Tranche (any such Term Loans which have been so converted, “Extended Term Loans”) and to provide for other terms consistent with this Section 2.14. In order to establish any Extended Term Loans, Lead Borrower shall provide a notice to the Administrative Agent (who shall provide a copy of such notice to each of the Lenders under the applicable Existing Term Loan Tranche) (each, an “Extension Request”) setting forth the proposed terms of the Extended Term Loans to be established, which shall # be identical as offered to each Lender under the relevant Existing Term Loan Tranche (including as to the proposed interest rates and fees payable) and # have the same terms as the Existing Term Loan Tranche from which such Extended Term Loans are to be converted, except that: # all or any of the scheduled amortization payments of principal of the Extended Term Loans may be delayed to later dates than the scheduled amortization payments of principal of the Term Loans of such Existing Term Loan Tranche to the extent provided in the applicable Extension Amendment; # the Effective Yield with respect to the Extended Term Loans (whether in the form of interest rate margin, upfront fees, original issue discount or otherwise) may be different than the Effective Yield for the Term Loans of such Existing Term Loan Tranche; # the Extension Amendment may provide for other covenants and terms that apply solely to any period after the Latest Maturity Date that is in effect on the effective date of the applicable Extension Amendment (immediately prior to the establishment of such Extended Term Loans); # Extended Term Loans may have mandatory prepayment terms which provide for the application of proceeds from mandatory prepayment events to be made first to prepay the Term Loans under the Existing Term Loan Tranche from which such Extended Term Loans have been converted before applying any such proceeds to prepay such Extended Term Loans; # Extended Term Loans may have optional prepayment terms (including call protection and terms which allow Term Loans under the relevant Existing Term Loan Tranche from which such Extended Term Loans have been converted to be optionally prepaid prior to the prepayment of such Extended Term Loans) as may be agreed by Lead Borrower and the Lenders thereof and # such Extended Term Loans may have other terms (other than those described in the preceding [clause (i) through (v)]) that differ from those of the Existing Term Loan Tranche, in each case, taken as a whole, that are not materially more favorable to the Lenders providing such Extended Term Loans than the provisions applicable to the Existing Term Loan Tranche or as are otherwise reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent. Any Extended Term Loans converted pursuant to any Extension Request shall be designated a series (each, an “Extension Series”) of Extended Term Loans for all purposes of this Agreement; provided that, subject to the requirements set forth above, any Extended Term Loans converted from an Existing Term Loan Tranche may, to the extent provided in the applicable Extension Amendment, be designated as an increase in any previously established Tranche of Term Loans.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, subject to the terms of this Section 2.14, Lead Borrower may at any time and from time to time request that all or a portion of any Tranche of Term Loans (each, an “Existing Term Loan Tranche”), be converted to extend the scheduled maturity date(s) of any payment of principal with respect to all or any portion of such Existing Term Loan Tranche (any such Term Loans which have been so converted, “Extended Term Loans”) and to provide for other terms consistent with this Section 2.14. Any Extended Term Loans converted pursuant to any Extension Request shall be designated a series (each, an “Extension Series”) of Extended Term Loans for all purposes of this Agreement; provided that, subject to the requirements set forth above, any Extended Term Loans converted from an Existing Term Loan Tranche may, to the extent provided in the applicable Extension Amendment, be designated as an increase in any previously established Tranche of Term Loans.

Extended Lease Term. The existing term of the Lease shall be extended an additional three (3) months and terminate on March 31, 2028 (as hereinafter extended the “Extended Term”), unless otherwise extended or renewed pursuant to [Section 1.2] of the Lease. Upon the Expansion Commencement Date, all references in the Lease to the termTerm” shall hereinafter include the Extended Term.

Extended Term. Pursuant to the Lease, the term of Tenant's lease with respect to the Original Premises is scheduled to expire on March 31, 2020. Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to extend the term of Tenant's lease with respect to the Original Premises only for a period of three (3) years (the "Extended Term"), from April 1, 2020, through March 31, 2023 (the "Extended Term Expiration Date"), on the terms and conditions set forth in the Lease, as hereby amended by this Sixth Amendment, unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the term of Tenant’s lease for Suite 26 shall continue as set forth in the Lease (i.e., shall expire on December 31, 2019 pursuant to the Fifth Amendment) and shall remain unmodified by this Sixth Amendment.
