General Rule. Except as provided under Section 4.4.2, the Enhancement credited to a Participant’s Account will become fully vested and nonforfeitable upon the earliest occurrence of any of the following events while the Participant is still in the employment of a Participating Employer or other Affiliate: # the Participant’s death; # the last day of the calendar month in which a Participant attains age sixty-five (65) years; # the determination that the Participant is Disabled; # the occurrence of a Change-in-Control; # the Participant’s completion of five (5) Years of Service; or # such other date as provided in writing to a Participant from the Plan Administrator.
