Export. This Agreement is made subject to any restrictions concerning the export of products or technical information from the United States or other countries which may be imposed upon or related to Stoke or Acadia from time to time. Each Party agrees that it will not export, directly or indirectly, any technical information acquired from the other Party under this Agreement or any products using such technical information to a location or in a manner that at the time of export requires an export license or other Governmental Authority approval, without first obtaining the written consent to do so from the appropriate Governmental Authority.

Export. Customer agrees that the Consumables, or any related technology provided under this Agreement may be subject to restrictions and controls imposed by the United States Export Administration Act and the regulations thereunder (or the regulations and laws of another country). Customer agrees not to export or re-export the Consumables, or any related technology into any country in violation of such controls or any other laws, rules or regulations of any country, state or jurisdiction.

Export. I agree not to export, reexport, or transfer, directly or indirectly, any U.S. technical data acquired from Company or any products utilizing such data, in violation of the United States export laws or regulations.

Export. I agree not to export, reexport, or transfer, directly or indirectly, and U.S. technical data acquired from Company or any products utilizing such data, in violation of the United States export laws or regulations.

Export. Each Party acknowledges that the laws and regulations of the United States restrict the export and re-export of commodities and technical data of United States origin. Each Party agrees that it will not export or re-export restricted commodities or the technical data of the other Party in any form without appropriate United States and foreign government licenses.

Each party shall at all times during the term of this Agreement comply with applicable Sanctions or Export/Import Laws and ensure that it has in place appropriate controls and safeguards to prevent any action being taken by it that would amount to or result in a violation of or non-compliance with any Sanctions or Export/Import Laws.

#Compliance with Laws; Export Controls

The Company, each Company Subsidiary and each of its and their Affiliates have at all times # conducted their businesses in compliance with applicable Sanctions Laws and Export Controls Laws, and # maintained all records required to be maintained in the Company’s and each Company Subsidiaries’ possession under Sanctions Laws and Export Controls Laws.

EXPORT CONTROL. The Parties agree not to use or otherwise export or re-export anything exchanged or transferred between them pursuant to this agreement except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which it was obtained. In particular, but without limitation, items exchanged may not be exported or re-exported # into any U.S. embargoed countries or # to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Person’s List or Entity List. By entering into this Agreement, each Party represents and warrants that they are not located in any such country or on any such list. Each Party also agrees that they will not use any item exchanged for any purposes prohibited by United States law, including, without limitation, the development, design, manufacture or production of missiles, or nuclear, chemical or biological weapons. In the event either Party becomes aware of any suspected violations of this paragraph that Party will promptly inform the other Party of such suspected violations, and cooperate with one another in any subsequent investigation and defense, be they civil or criminal.

Export Clause. Each Party acknowledges that the Applicable Laws of the United States and other Applicable Laws restrict the export and re-export of certain commodities and technical data. Each Party agrees that it will not export or re-export restricted commodities or technical data of the other Party in any form without the appropriate United States or foreign government licenses.
