None of the Permal Entities, nor any of their directors, officers or employees or, to the Knowledge of the Permal Contributor, their agents (including placement agents), Affiliates, representatives or any other Person while acting for or on behalf of any Permal Entity, has, in the past five (5) years: # violated the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, the Export Administration Regulations, the Arms Export Control Act, the International Traffic In Arms Regulations, any other import or export control laws or regulations of the United States, European Union and other applicable Governmental Authorities, the antiboycott regulations administered by the United States Department of Commerce, or the antiboycott regulations administered by the United States Department of the Treasury or # engaged in any transactions or otherwise dealt with any country or other Person with whom United States Persons are prohibited from dealing under applicable Trade Control Laws.

None of the Permal Entities, nor any of their directors, officers or employees or, to the Knowledge of the Permal Contributor, their agents (including placement agents), Affiliates, representatives or any other Person while acting for or on behalf of any Permal Entity, has,has engaged, in the past five (5) years: # violated the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, the Export Administration Regulations, the Arms Export Control Act, the International Traffic In Arms Regulations, any other import or export control laws or regulations of the United States, European Union and other applicable Governmental Authorities, the antiboycott regulations administered by the United States Department of Commerce, or the antiboycott regulations administered by the United States Department of the Treasury or # engagedyears, in any transactions or otherwise dealtother dealings with or involving any countrycountry, entity or Person in violation of any applicable sanctions administered or enforced by the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, the United Nations Security Council, the Member States of the European Union, or other Person with whom United States Persons are prohibited from dealingapplicable sanctions authority, except as permitted under applicable Trade Control Laws.
