“Canadian Economic Sanctions and Export Control Laws” means any Canadian laws, regulations or orders governing transactions in controlled goods or technologies or dealings with countries, entities, organizations, or individuals subject to economic sanctions and similar measures, including the Special Economic Measures Act (Canada), the United Nations Act, (Canada), the Freezing Assets of Corrupt Foreign Officials Act (Canada), Part ​ of the Criminal Code, (Canada) and the Export and Import Permits Act (Canada), and any related regulations.

“Canadian Economic Sanctions and Export Control Laws” means any Canadianthose laws, including enabling legislation, orders-in-council or other regulations administered and enforced by Canada or orders governing transactions in controlled goods or technologies or dealings with countries, entities, organizations, or individuals subjecta political subdivision of Canada pursuant to which economic sanctions and similar measures,have been imposed on any Person, entity, organization, country or regime, including Part ​ of the Criminal Code (Canada), as amended, the Special Economic Measures Act (Canada), as amended, the United NationsProceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Finance Act, (Canada),as amended, the Freezing AssetsJustice for Victims of Corrupt Foreign Officials Act (Canada), Part ​ of the Criminal Code, (Canada) and the Export and Import Permits Act (Canada), and any related regulations.
