“Exploit” or “Exploitation” means to research, develop, make, have made, import, export, keep, use, have used, sell, have sold, offer for sale, and otherwise exploit, including to Develop, Commercialize, Manufacture, and have Manufactured.

“Exploit” means, with respect to any subject matter, to make, have made, import, use, sell, offer for sale, Develop, Manufacture, Commercialize and otherwise exploit such subject matter.

“Exploit” means, in respect of a pharmaceutical product, to make, have made, import, use, sell or offer for sale, including to research, Develop, Commercialize, register,

“Exploit” means, with respect to a Product, to make, use, offer to sell, sell, import, export, practice, research, develop, manufacture commercialize or otherwise exploit (including Develop, Manufacture, perform Medical Affairs activities and Commercialize), and have others do the same.

“Exploit” means, in respect of a compound, product, or material, to make, have made, import, use, sell, or offer for sale, including to research, Develop, Commercialize, register, seek Regulatory Approval for, Manufacture, have Manufactured, hold or keep (whether for disposal or otherwise), have used, export, transport, distribute, promote, market, or have sold or otherwise dispose of such compound, product, or material. When used as a verb, “Exploit” and “Exploiting” means to engage in Exploitation and “Exploited” has a corresponding meaning.

“Exploit” means Develop, have Developed, make, have made, use, have used, perform Medical Affairs, have performed Medical Affairs, offer for sale, have offered for sale, sell, have sold, export, have exported, import, have imported, Manufacture, have Manufactured, Commercialize, have Commercialized or otherwise exploit. “Exploitation” and “Exploiting” will be construed accordingly.
