Survival. Notwithstanding any termination or expiration of this Agreement, Articles VI, VII, VIII, IX and XI shall survive such termination or expiration.

Survival. The terms of this ARTICLE IX shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

Survival. In addition to as set forth in Article 7 and otherwise explicitly as set forth in this Agreement, Article 1, Article 9, Article 10, Article 11, Article 12 and Section 8.4, and, as applicable, Article 5 shall survive expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason.

Survival. In the event of any termination of this Agreement, Articles 4 and 6 hereof shall survive and continue in effect.

Survival. The following provisions shall survive expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason, as well as any other provision which by its terms or by the context thereof, is intended to survive such termination: Sections 6, 7, 8 and 9. Expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason shall not relieve the Parties of any liability or obligation which accrued hereunder prior to the effective date of such termination or expiration, nor preclude either Party from pursuing all rights and remedies it may have hereunder or at law or in equity, subject to Section 9.5, with respect to any breach of this Agreement nor prejudice either Party’s right to obtain performance of any obligation.

Survival. In the event of the expiration or early termination of this Agreement, the provisions of Section 7.6 and Articles 5 and 8, shall survive for the period specified therein or, in the absence of such specification, indefinitely.

Survival of Provisions. The provisions of Sections 6, 7, 8, and 9 shall survive the expiration or early termination of this Agreement.
