Expenses. The Company shall reimburse you for all reasonable expenses incurred by you in the course of performing your duties under this letter which are consistent with the Company’s policies in effect from time to time with respect to travel, entertainment and other business expenses, subject to the Company’s requirements with respect to reporting and documentation of such expenses.

Expenses. The Company will reimburse you for reasonable travel, entertainment or other expenses incurred by you in furtherance of or in connection with the performance of your duties hereunder, in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policies and practices as in effect from time to time.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company will reimburse you for all reasonable and necessary travel and other out-of-pocket business expenses incurred by you in the performance of your duties and responsibilities, subject to and consistent with the Company’s business expense reimbursement policies in effect from time to time, including an itemized list of the expenses incurred and appropriate receipts and supporting documentation.

Business Expenses. During your employment under this Agreement, the Company shall reimburse you for such reasonable travel and other expenses, incurred in the performance of your duties in accordance with the Company’s policies, as are customarily reimbursed to Company executives at comparable levels.

Expenses. The Company will reimburse you for reasonable travel and other incidental expenses incurred by you in connection with the your service on the Board, in each case as approved by the Company, so long as # the expenditures are of a nature qualifying them as legitimate and reasonable business expenses, and # you provide the Company with appropriate receipts or other relevant documentation.

The Company will reimburse you for all reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by you in connection with performing your duties as an employee of the Company and that are pre- approved by the Company, provided that you comply with any Company policy or practice on submitting, accounting for and documenting such expenses. .
