Expenses. Each party shall be responsible for its own expenses, including all legal and accounting fees with respect to transactions contemplated hereby, whether the transactions are consummated or that are not otherwise outlined in this Letter of Intent.

Fees and Expenses. Each party will be responsible for all of the legal, accounting and other expenses incurred by such party hereto in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Expenses. Each of the parties hereto shall bear and be responsible for the payment of such party’s own expenses and costs relating to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
