Operator may charge the Joint Account for all reasonable expenses (including travel costs) reimbursed to employees under the usual practice of Operator

Note: All travel expenses paid based on voucher; pro-rated payment for the quarter during which the initial public offering is consummated.

Expenses. Each Party shall be responsible for all travel and related costs and expenses for its members and other representatives to attend meetings of, and otherwise participate on, a Joint Committee or other Working Group.

Each Outside Director’s reasonable, customary and documented out-of-pocket travel expenses to Board and committee meetings will be reimbursed by the Company.

In the event that the Borrower’s breach causes the Lender to realize the creditor’s rights through litigation, the Borrower shall be liable for the lawyer’s expenses, travel expenses and other expenses which the Lender spend for realizing the creditor’s rights.

Upon submission by [[Mr. Roberts:Person]] of vouchers in accordance with the Company's standard procedures, the Company shall reimburse [[Mr. Roberts:Person]] reasonably promptly for all reasonable and necessary travel, business entertainment and other business expenses incurred by [[Mr. Roberts:Person]] in connection with the performance of his duties under this Agreement. [[Mr. Roberts:Person]] business travel will be subject to the Company's Air Travel Policy as may be in effect during the Term.

Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Employee for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by him in the performance of his duties hereunder, including expenses for travel, entertainment and similar items, promptly after the presentation by the Employee, from time-to-time, of an itemized account of such expenses.

Relocation. Executive shall relocate to Rochester, New Hampshire area no later than March 1, 2019. In the interim, Executive shall be reimbursed for temporary housing expenses and shall be entitled to such other relocation benefits as # are provided for pursuant to the Company's Executive Relocation Policy, a copy of which has been provided to the Executive, with the caveat that neither the one-year policy expiration nor 90-day temporary housing limit shall apply to Executive, or # are approved by the Chairman of the Board of the Company. Provided such expenses are incurred in compliance with the Company’s travel and expense policy, or have otherwise been approved by the Chairman, the Company will pay or reimburse Executive for all flight expenses incurred prior to March 1, 2019 for travel from any Company work location to Los Angeles, California, travel from Los Angeles, California to any Company work location, and travel from any Company work location to any other Company work location through Los Angeles, California. (Evidence of approval of any item covered by this clause may be in the form of an expense or relocation report reflecting such expenses that is approved by the Chairman.) The Company will provide tax assistance (gross-up) to Executive on all such expenses for travel to, from, or through Los Angeles, California that are personal

Any amounts owed on Company issued or sponsored travel or credit cards or any other expenses or payments for which the Company should be reimbursed.

2.2BD shall reimburse Consultant for Consultant’s reasonable travel, lodging, meal and other out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with her performance of the Services. Consultant shall provide BD with appropriate invoices or other evidence of such expenses.
