EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT. Consultant shall be entitled to reimbursement from Client for the following "out-of-pocket" expenses: travel expenses and travel related meals.

Consultant will be reimbursed for (a) reasonable travel costs (including transportation, hotel and meal expenses at cost) pre-approved in writing by Client and incurred directly in connection with Services rendered at Client's facilities, and (b) such other third-party expenses (at cost) as approved in writing in advance by Client.

Reimbursable Expenses. So long as Company’s prior written approval has been obtained, Consultant shall be entitled to be reimbursed for any reasonable, out-of-pocket travel lodging and incidental travel expenses incurred in performing the Services, as evidenced by a valid receipt.
