Expense Reimbursement. Executive will continue to be reimbursed for reasonable business expenses in accordance with Company policy as in effect from time to time; provided, that if Executive is placed on garden leave, then any travel, entertainment or other non-ordinary course expenses incurred by Executive after being placed on garden leave must be approved in advance by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (the “CEO”).

Expense Reimbursement. All Non-Employee Directors will be entitled to reimbursement from the Company for their reasonable travel (including airfare and ground transportation), lodging and meal expenses incident to meetings of the Board or committees thereof. The Company will also reimburse directors for attendance at director continuing education programs that are relevant to their service on the Board and which attendance is pre-approved by the Chairperson of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee or Chairperson of the Board. The Company will make reimbursement to a Non-Employee Director in accordance with the foregoing within a reasonable amount of time, but not more than 12 months, following submission by the Non-Employee Director of reasonable written substantiation for the expenses consistent with the Company’s reimbursement policy.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company will timely reimburse the Executive for reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive in connection with the Employment in accordance with the Company’s then-current policies no later than seventy-five (75) days following the date on which the Executive incurs such expense(s).

Expense Reimbursement. In consideration for the Investor’s execution and delivery of this Amendment, the Company shall cause to be paid to the Investor, on or prior to the close of business on March 19, 2020, $120,000 (the “Expense Reimbursement”) by wire transfer of immediately available funds to an account designated by the Investor by written notice to the Company on or prior to the date of this Amendment, for reimbursement of the reasonable expenses incurred by the Investor in connection with its commitment hereunder (including, without limitation, the reasonable legal fees and disbursements incurred by the Investor). For the avoidance of doubt, the full amount of the Expense Reimbursement shall be due and payable to the Investor as of the date of this Amendment, whether or not the any additional Purchase Shares are purchased by the Investor under the Agreement, as amended by this Amendment, from and after the Amendment Effective Date and irrespective of any termination of the Agreement, as amended by this Amendment.

EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT. All Eligible Participants shall be reimbursed for reasonable travel and out-of-pocket expenses in connection with attendance at meetings of the Board and its committees, or other Company functions at which the Chief Executive Officer requests the director to participate.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall pay or reimburse Executive for all reasonable expenses incurred in connection with performing her duties upon presentation of documents in accordance with the reasonable procedures established by the Company.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company will reimburse the Executive for all reasonable travel and other expenses incurred by the Executive in connection with the performance of his or her duties and obligations under this Agreement. The Executive shall comply with such reasonable limitations and reporting requirements with respect to expenses as may be established by the Company from time to time.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company will reimburse you for all ordinary and necessary expenses incurred on behalf of the Company and in accordance with its reimbursement policy

Expense Reimbursement. The Company will reimburse Employee for all reasonable, documented business expenses incurred in connection with his services hereunder, in accordance with the Company's business expense reimbursement policies and procedures as may be in effect from time to time.

Expense Reimbursement. In accordance with its expense policy, as amended from time to time, the Company will reimburse any authorized expenses actually and reasonably incurred in the course of performing your employment duties. The Company will also provide to you, for the duration of your employment, any necessary work tools and equipment, such as a laptop computer and mobile phone. Subject to advance approval by the Company, you will also be reimbursed for out-of-pocket expenses incurred for attending courses or workshops related to your employment duties. The Company agrees to reimburse you for legal costs associated with review of this Agreement and associated documents, supported by receipts, up to a maximum of $4,000 USD.
