As soon as possible following the Warehousing Advance Date, and no later than One # Business Day after the Warehousing Advance Date, Lender or Investor must receive the following:

Shows the recording date of the Mortgage as being prior to the date of the Warehousing Advance; and

On the Warehousing Advance Date, Lender must receive copies of the following via electronic mail:

Advance. During the Term of this Agreement, Manager shall make advances to Provider which Manager, in the exercise of its sole discretion, deems necessary for the payment of Provider Expenses and the Management Fee, and Manager shall be repaid such advances, without interest, at such time as there are sufficient funds for repayment.

Shows effective date and time which is as of the date and time of disbursement of the Warehousing Advance from escrow; and

FOR SUBSEQUENT WAREHOUSING ADVANCES FOR FHA CONSTRUCTION MORTGAGE LOAN: ON THE DAY OF THE WAREHOUSING ADVANCE LENDER MUST RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING

A copy via electronic mail of the Warehousing Advance Request subject to changes to be communicated in writing by Borrower to Lender before 11:00 a.m. ([[Address A:Address]] time) on the day of the Warehousing Advance.
