Building. Any structure now or hereafter constructed on a Lot which is intended for human occupancy including, without limitation, the eight (8) existing Buildings and contemplated Buildings approved from time to time in accordance with the Development Agreement and Specific Plan.

Building. That certain six (6) story office building located at 1220 Concord Ave., [[Address A:Address]] as generally shown on the Site Plan with approximately 176,613 square feet of Rentable Area.

Building. The term “Buildingin this Lease will refer to “8560 Katy Freeway, Suite 200 [[Address A:Address]]”, an office/warehouse building situated on a tract of land (“Land”) in the City of Houston and County of Harris, Texas, described in Exhibit A of this Lease, and having a postal address of 8560 Katy Freeway, Suite 200 [[Address A:Address]]. The Land, Complex, Building, the parking areas and garages, any present or future associated walkways, and any other improvements situated in the Complex are sometimes referred to collectively as theProject”.

The Building and The Project. The Premises constitutes the entire building set forth in Section 2.1 of the Summary (the "Building"). The Building is part of an office/laboratory project currently known as "The Cove at Oyster Point." The term "Project," as used in this Lease, shall mean # the Building and the Common Areas, # the land (which is improved with landscaping, parking facilities and other improvements) upon which the Building and the Common Areas are located, # the six (6) other office/laboratory buildings located or to be located at The Cove at Oyster Point, and the land upon which such adjacent office/laboratory buildings are or will be located, and # at Landlord's discretion, any additional real property, areas, land, buildings or other improvements added thereto outside of the Project (provided that any such additions do not increase Tenant's obligations under this Lease).

The Building and The Project. The Initial Premises constitutes the entire building set forth in Section 2.1 of the Summary (the "Building"). The Building is part of an office/laboratory project currently known as "Callan Ridge." The term "Project," as used in this Lease, shall mean # the Building A and the Common Areas, # the land (which is improved with landscaping, parking facilities and other improvements) upon which the Building A and the Common Areas are located, and # Building B, and the land upon which Building B is located.

The Building and The Project. The Premises constitutes the space set forth in Section 2.1 of the Summary (the "Building"). The Building is part of an office/laboratory project currently known as "Nexus on Grand." The term "Project," as used in this Lease, shall mean # the Building and the Common Areas, and # the land (which is improved with landscaping, parking facilities and other improvements) upon which the Building and the Common Areas are located, and # at Landlord's discretion, any additional real property, areas, land, buildings or other improvements added thereto outside of the Project (provided that any such additions do not increase Tenant's obligations under this Lease).

The Building and The Project. The Premises are a part of the building set forth in Section 1.1 of the Summary (the "Building"). The Building is the principal component of an office project known as "91 East Tasman Drive." The term "Project," as used in this Lease, shall mean # the Building and the Common Areas and # the land (which is improved with landscaping, parking areas and other improvements) upon which the Building and the Common Areas are located.

The Building and The Project. The Premises are a part of the building set forth in Section 2.1 of the Summary (theBuilding”). The term “Project”, as used in this Lease, shall mean # the Building and the Common Areas, # the land parcel (which is improved with landscaping, parking facilities and other improvements) upon which the Building and the Common Areas are located, # the other buildings (i.e., 11535, 11545, 11555 and 11575 Sorrento Valley Road located in a portion of the project known as either “SOVA Central” and “SOVA Central Science District”, and the land upon which such adjacent buildings are located, and # at Landlord’s discretion, any additional real property, areas, land, buildings or other improvements added thereto outside of such Project (provided that the total sum of Direct Expenses to be paid by Tenant hereunder will not materially increase as a consequence of such additions).

The term “Project,” as used in this Lease, shall mean # the Building and the Common Areas, # the land (which is improved with landscaping, parking facilities and other improvements) upon which the Building and the Common Areas are located, # the other buildings located in the project known as “BioPoint Innovation Labs”, and the land upon which such adjacent buildings are located, and # at Landlord’s discretion, any additional real property, areas, land, buildings or other improvements added thereto outside of the Project. Landlord may only own portions of the Project and any rights granted within portions of the Project not owned by Landlord shall be pursuant to recorded declarations and easements to the extent such documents exist.

The Building and The Project. The Premises are a part of the building set forth in Section 2.1 of the Summary (theBuilding”). The term “Project”, as used in this Lease, shall mean # the Building and the Common Areas, # the land parcel (which is improved with landscaping, parking facilities and other improvements) upon which the Building and the Common Areas are located, # the other buildings (i.e., 11535, 11545, 11575 and 11585 Sorrento Valley Road located in the project known as either “SOVA Central Science District” or simply theSOVA Science District”, and the land upon which such adjacent buildings are located, and # at Landlord’s discretion, any additional real property, areas, land, buildings or other improvements added thereto outside of the Project (provided that the total sum of Direct Expenses to be paid by Tenant hereunder will not materially increase as a consequence of such additions).
