Relations Among Lenders. Except with respect to the exercise of set-off rights of any Lender in accordance with [Section 12.1], the proceeds of which are applied in accordance with this Agreement, each Lender agrees that it will not take any action, nor institute any actions or proceedings, against any Borrower or any other obligor hereunder or with respect to any Loan Document, without the prior written consent of the Required Lenders or, as may be provided in this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, at the direction of the Administrative Agent.

Relations Among Lenders. Except with respect to the exercise of set-off rights of any Lender in accordance with Section 12.1, the proceeds of which are applied in accordance with this Agreement, each Lender agrees that it will not take any action, nor institute any actions or proceedings, against any Borrower or any other obligor hereunder or with respect to any Loan Document, without the prior written consent of the Required Lenders or, as may be provided in this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, at the direction of the Administrative Agent.

Except with respect to the exercise of setoff rights of any Lender, in accordance with [Section 8.08], the proceeds of which are applied in accordance with this Agreement, each Lender agrees that it will not take any action, nor institute any actions or proceedings, against any Borrower or with respect to any Loan Document, without the prior written consent of the Required ​ or, as may be provided in this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, with the consent of the Administrative Agent.

Except with respect to the exercise of setoff rights of any Lender, in accordance with Section 8.08, the proceeds of which are applied in accordance with this Agreement, each Lender agrees that it will not take any action, nor institute any actions or proceedings, against any Borrower or with respect to any Loan Document, without the prior written consent of the Required [[Organization B:Organization]] or, as may be provided in this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, with the consent of [[Administrative Agent:Organization]].

Each Lender agrees that it shall not take or institute any actions or proceedings, judicial or otherwise, for any right or remedy against any Loan Party or any other obligor under any of the Loan Documents or any of the Secured Hedge Agreements or other Swap Contracts (including the exercise of any right of setoff, rights on account of any banker’s lien or similar claim or other rights of self-help), or institute any actions or proceedings, or otherwise commence any remedial procedures, with respect to any Collateral or any other property of any such Loan Party, without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent. The provision of this [Section 10.20] are for the sole benefit of the ​ and shall not afford any right to, or constitute a defense available to, any Loan Party.
