Existing Premises contract clause examples

Existing Premises. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Lease Tenant shall continue to pay to Landlord monthly installments of Base Rent for the Existing Premises in accordance with the terms of the Lease.

As stated in the Original Lease, the Lease Expiration Date shall be the last day of the sixty-second (62nd) full month after the Lease Commencement Date. All references to “Lease Term” in the Lease and this Amendment shall be deemed references to the Lease Term as stated in the Original Lease.
