The Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts of this Amendment that, when taken together, bear the signatures of # each Loan Party, # each Issuing Bank, # the Swingline Lender and # each Revolving Lender (determined immediately after giving effect to the transactions described in Sections 3 and 4 hereof).
