Existing Letters of Credit contract clause examples

Existing Letters of Credit” means letters of credit listed on [Schedule 2.05] that were outstanding on the Effective Date and issued by an Issuing Bank.

Existing Letters of Credit” means letters of credit listed on [Schedule 2.05] that were outstanding immediately prior to the Restatement Effective Date and issued by an Issuing Bank.

Existing Letter of Credit” means a letter of credit issued and outstanding under the Existing Credit Agreement and listed on [Schedule 2.05] hereto.

Existing Letters of Credit” means those letters of credit listed on [Schedule 1.01].
