“Letter of Credit” means any letter of credit issued pursuant to this Agreement, including the Existing Letters of Credit.

“Letter of Credit” means any letter of credit issued pursuant to this Agreement.

“Letter of Credit” means any letter of credit issued pursuant to this Agreement.

“Letters of Credit” means the letters of credit issued pursuant to this Agreement, and the term “Letter of Credit” means any one of them or each of them singularly, as the context may require.

“Letter of Credit” means any letter of credit issued hereunder and shall include the Existing Letters of Credit. For purposes of this Agreement, a Letter of Credit may be a standby letter of credit only and may not be a commercial letter of credit.

“Letter of Credit” means a letter of credit issued or to be issued hereunder by an Issuing Lender.

“Letter of Credit” means a letter of credit issued or to be issued by any Issuing Bank pursuant to this Agreement and any Existing Letter of Credit, in each case other than any Letter of Credit that ceases to be a “Letter of Credit” outstanding hereunder pursuant to [Section 10.8].

“Letter of Credit” means any letter of credit issued hereunder and shall include the Existing Letters of Credit. A Letter of Credit shall be a standby letter of credit.

“Letter of Credit” means any letter of credit issued pursuant to this Agreement, and, as of the Effective Date, the Existing Letters of Credit, other than any such letter of credit that shall have ceased to be a “Letter of Credit” outstanding hereunder pursuant to [Section 10.05].

“Letter of Credit” means any letter of credit issued pursuant to this Agreement and any Existing Letter of Credit, other than any such letter of credit that shall have ceased to be a “Letter of Credit” outstanding hereunder pursuant to [Section 9.05].
