Existing Letters of Credit contract clause examples

Existing Letters of Credit” means # the “Existing Letters of Credit” as defined in the Existing CAPL Credit Agreement and # the letters of credit issued or deemed issued under the Existing JKM Credit Agreement and listed on [Schedule 1.01(B)].

Existing Letters of Credit” means the letters of credit issued under the Existing Credit Agreement and listed on [Schedule 1].01A.

Existing Letters of Credit” means each of the letters of credit issued under the Existing Credit Agreement and identified on [Schedule 1].01F.
