Unless the context otherwise requires, references in this Agreement to Articles, Sections, Exhibits and Schedules shall be deemed references to Articles and Sections of, and Exhibits and Schedules to, this Agreement.

Section # Entire Agreement. This Agreement and the Exhibits and Schedules hereto constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the business reinsured hereunder and supersede any and all prior representations, warranties, prior agreements or understandings between the parties pertaining to the subject matter of this Agreement. There are no understandings between the parties other than as expressed in this Agreement and the Exhibits and Schedules hereto. In the event of any express conflict between this Agreement and the Exhibits or Schedules hereto, the Exhibits or Schedules hereto will control.

Entire Agreement: The Agreement (including the Exhibits thereto), as amended by this Amendment, constitutes (along with the documents referred to in the Agreement) a complete and exclusive statement of the terms of the agreement between the Company and the Buyer with respect to its subject matter, and any reference to the Agreement (including the Exhibits thereto) shall be a reference to the Agreement (including the Exhibits thereto) as amended hereby.
