All references to particular Exhibits, Articles, or Sections shall mean the Exhibits to, and Articles and Sections of this Agreement, unless otherwise specified. For the purposes of this Agreement and the Exhibits hereto, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings:

Section # Schedules, Annexes and Exhibits. All schedules, annexes and exhibits hereto are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement.

SECTION # References. Unless otherwise indicated, references in this Agreement to “Articles”, “Exhibits”, “Schedules”, and “Sections” are references to articles, exhibits, schedules and sections hereof.
