Exhibits. All Exhibits referred to in this Agreement shall be considered as part of this Agreement as fully as if and with the same force and effect as if such Exhibit had been included herein in full.

All exhibits referred to in, and attached to, this Agreement are hereby incorporated herein in full by this reference.

Incorporation of Exhibits. The Exhibits identified in this Agreement are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof.

Exhibits and Schedules. All exhibits and schedules attached hereto (the “Exhibits”) shall be construed with and deemed an integral part of this Agreement to the same extent as if the same had been set forth verbatim herein. Any matter disclosed pursuant to the Exhibits shall be deemed to be disclosed for all purposes under this Agreement, and all references to this Agreement herein or in any such Exhibits shall be deemed to refer to and include all such Exhibits.

Exhibits and Schedules. The exhibits and schedules attached hereto are incorporated by reference herein and shall have the same force and effect with respect to the provisions set forth therein as though fully set forth in this Agreement.
