Remedies. Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default, # without implying any obligation to do so, [[Organization B:Organization]] may cease making Advances or extending any other financial accommodations to [[Organization A:Organization]]; # all or a portion of the Obligations shall be, at the option of and upon demand by [[Organization B:Organization]], or with respect to an Event of Default described in Section 7.1(e), automatically and without notice or demand, due and payable in full; and # [[Organization B:Organization]] shall have and may exercise all the rights and remedies under this Agreement and under applicable law, including the rights and remedies of a secured party under the California Uniform Commercial Code, all the power of attorney rights described in Section 6 with respect to all Collateral, and the right to collect, dispose of, sell, lease, use, and realize upon all Receivables and all Collateral in any commercial reasonable manner.

SECTION # Remedies Upon Default. Upon the occurrence of any Default (as defined in the Note), [[Organization B:Organization]] shall be entitled, without further notice, to have and enforce all the rights and remedies available under this Security Agreement, by statute, contract, at law and/or in equity, including, but not limited to, the right to declare all Indebtedness owed to [[Organization B:Organization]] immediately due and payable and to dispose of the Collateral as allowed under the UCC. [[Organization B:Organization]] may require [[Organization A:Organization]] to deliver to [[Organization B:Organization]] all or any portion of the Collateral and any and all documents relating to the Collateral.
