Purchase Price. The purchase price for the Shares is $.002 per share, or $4,600.

Purchase Price. The Purchase Price for Property shall be $6,175,000.00 and allocated as follows:

Purchase Price. The Purchase Price for the Property is $3,225,000 (the "Purchase Price"). If all conditions precedent to Buyer's obligations to purchase have been satisfied, Buyer shall deposit the Purchase Price with the Closing Agent (as defined below) on or before the Closing Date.

Purchase Price. Seller shall have received the Purchase Price from Buyer via wire transfer to Seller’s account as specified in Section 3(c);

Purchase Price. Buyer shall pay Seller for the Property the sum of SIX MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($6,200,000.00) (the "Purchase Price") as follows:

Purchase Price. A purchase price, as specified in the Award Agreement related to such Restricted Stock, equal to not less than 100% of the Fair Market Value of the Shares underlying the Restricted Stock on the date of issuance.

Purchase Price. The purchase price to be paid by Buyer to Seller for the Shares (the “Purchase Price”) shall be: # Three Dollars ($3.00), and # transfer to Buyer, of 100% interest in Community Economic Development Capital, LLC (a California Limited Liability Company), payable in immediately available funds at the Closing.

Purchase Price. The per Share exercise price of each option granted to a Non-Employee Director shall equal the Fair Market Value (as defined in the Equity Plan) of a Share on the date the option is granted.

The Purchase Price for the Purchased Shares shall be $2,250,000, payable as an aggregate of 45,000,000 Athena Common Shares at a deemed issue price of $0.05 per Athena Common Share (the "Consideration Shares").

Purchase Price. The purchase price (“Purchase Price”) for the Shares purchased by the Company or its assignee(s) under this Section 3(a) shall be the Offered Price. If the Offered Price includes consideration other than cash, the cash equivalent value of the non-cash consideration shall be determined by the Board of Directors of the Company in good faith.
