Purchase Price. The Administrator shall specify the purchase price, if any, to be paid by the Holder to the Company with respect to any Restricted Stock Unit award.
Purchase Price. The Administrator may establish the purchase price of a Performance Award, shares of Deferred Stock, Shares distributed as a Stock Payment award or Shares distributed pursuant to a Deferred Stock Unit award.
