Purchase Price. The Purchase Price for the Property is $3,225,000 (the "Purchase Price"). If all conditions precedent to Buyer's obligations to purchase have been satisfied, Buyer shall deposit the Purchase Price with the Closing Agent (as defined below) on or before the Closing Date.

Purchase Price. In full consideration for the sale, transfer, assignment and conveyance of the Purchased Receivables, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, Buyer shall make a one-time payment to Seller on the Closing Date of either # ​ or # $9,600,000 ​ (the “Purchase Price”), by wire transfer of immediately available funds as directed by Seller.

Purchase Price. The purchase price (“Purchase Price”) for the Shares purchased by the Company or its assignee(s) under this Section 6 shall be the Offered Price. If the Offered Price includes consideration other than cash, the cash equivalent value of the non-cash consideration shall be determined by the Board of Directors of the Company in good faith.

Purchase Price. Seller shall sell, and Purchaser shall purchase, the Property for the sum of Fifteen Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars and NO/100 ($15,500,000.00) (“Proposed Transaction”). At the Closing, Purchaser shall receive a credit against the Purchase Price for the Earnest Money. The balance of the Purchase Price, plus or minus prorations and adjustments as provided for herein, shall be paid by Purchaser at Closing by wire transfer of immediately collectible funds to the Title Company in escrow for disbursement pursuant to the terms hereof.

Purchase Price. A purchase price, as specified in the Award Agreement related to such Restricted Stock, equal to not less than 100% of the Fair Market Value of the Shares underlying the Restricted Stock on the date of issuance.

Purchase Price. The per Share exercise price of each option granted to a Non-Employee Director shall equal the Fair Market Value (as defined in the Equity Plan) of a Share on the date the option is granted.

Purchase Price. The Purchase Price for the Property shall be $6,175,000.00 and allocated as follows:

Purchase Price. Seller shall have received the Purchase Price from Buyer via wire transfer to Seller’s account as specified in Section 3(c);

Purchase Price. The purchase price for the Shares is $.0025 per share, or $4,750.

Purchase Price. Buyer shall deliver to Seller, or its designee, the Purchase Price by a wire transfer of immediately available funds to such bank and account or banks and accounts as Seller shall have previously designated to Buyer in writing at least one business day prior to Closing.
