“Stock Appreciation Rights” and “SARs” mean any right to receive the appreciation in Fair Market Value of a specified number of Shares over a specified Exercise Price pursuant to an Award granted under Article 7.
“Stock Appreciation Right” or “SAR” means the right to receive cash, and/or Shares with a Fair Market Value, equal to the appreciation of the Fair Market Value of a Share during a specified period of time.
“Stock Appreciation Right” and “SAR” mean the right to receive a payment from the Company equal to the excess of the Fair Market Value of a share of Stock at the date of exercise over a specified price fixed by the Committee on the date of grant, which shall not be less than 100% of the Fair Market Value of the Stock on the date of grant, with respect to a number of shares of Stock fixed on or before the date of grant.
Stock Appreciation Right or SAR means a right granted under Section 9.1 to receive the excess of the Fair Market Value of a specified number of shares of Common Stock over the grant price.
“SAR” or “Stock Appreciation Right” means a bookkeeping entry representing, for each share of Stock subject to such SAR, a right granted to a Participant pursuant to [Section 7] to receive payment of an amount equal to the excess, if any, of the Fair Market Value of a share of Stock on the date of exercise of the SAR over the exercise price.
“Stock Appreciation Right” or “SAR” means an Award, designated as an SAR, pursuant to the terms of Article 7.

“Stock Appreciation Right” or “SAR” means a right granted pursuant to Section 10 to receive, upon exercise by the Participant, the excess of # the Fair Market Value of one Share on the date of exercise or any date or dates during a specified period before the date of exercise over # the grant price of the right, which grant price shall not be less than the Fair Market Value of one Share on the date of grant of the right.
“Stock Appreciation Right” or “SAR” means, pursuant to [Section 9] of the Plan, an unfunded and unsecured promise to deliver Shares, cash or other securities equal in value to the difference between the Fair Market Value of a Share as of the date such SAR is exercised/settled and the Fair Market Value of a Share as of the date such SAR was granted, or as otherwise set forth in the Award Agreement.
