Term of Options. Each Option granted to a Participant shall expire at such time as the Committee shall determine at the time of grant; provided, however, no Option shall be exercisable later than the tenth (10th) anniversary date of its grant.

Term of Option. The term of an Option granted to a Participant shall be determined by the Committee, in its sole discretion; provided, however, no Option shall be exercisable later than the tenth anniversary of the Grant Date.

Duration of Options. Each Option shall expire at such time as the Committee shall determine at the time of grant (which duration may be extended by the Committee); provided, however, that no Option shall be exercisable later than the tenth (10th) anniversary date of its grant. In the event the Committee does not specify the expiration date of an Option, then such Option will expire on the tenth (10th) anniversary date of its grant, except as otherwise provided herein.

Duration of Options. Each Option granted to a Participant shall expire at such time as the Compensation Committee shall determine at the time of grant; provided, however, no Option shall be exercisable later than the tenth (10th) anniversary date of its grant. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for Options granted to Participants outside the United States, the Compensation Committee has the authority to grant Options that have a term greater than ten (10) years.

Exercise Term. Each Option shall have a Term established by the Committee, provided that no Option shall be exercisable after ten years from the date of grant.

Option Term. The term of each Option shall be fixed by the Committee in its sole discretion; provided that no Option shall be exercisable after the expiration of ten (10) years from the date the Option is granted. The option term shall be measured from the Grant Date.

Option Term. The term of each Option shall be fixed by the Committee, but no Option shall be exercisable more than ten (10) years after the date the Option is granted.

DURATION OF OPTIONS. Each Option shall expire at such time as the Committee shall determine at the time of grant; provided, however, that in the case of an Incentive Stock Option, an Employee may not exercise such Incentive Stock Option after the date which is ten years (five years in the case of a Participant who owns more than ten percent of the voting power of the Company or a Subsidiary) after the date on which such Incentive Stock Option is granted.

The maximum period in which an Option may be exercised shall be determined by the Committee on the date of grant, except that no Option shall be exercisable after the expiration of ten years from the date such Option was granted (five years from the date such Option was granted in the event of an Incentive Stock Option granted to a Ten Percent Shareholder).
