Executive to Return Property. Executive agrees that upon # the termination of Executive’s employment with [[Nucor Corporation:Organization]] and within 3 business days thereof, whether by Executive or [[Nucor Corporation:Organization]] for any reason (with or without cause), or # the written request of [[Nucor Corporation:Organization]], Executive (or in the event of the death or disability of Executive, Executive’s heirs, successors, assigns and legal representatives) shall return to [[Nucor Corporation:Organization]] any and all property of [[Nucor Corporation:Organization]] regardless of the medium in which such property is stored or kept, including but not limited to all Secret Information, Confidential Information, notes, data, tapes, computers, lists, customer lists, supplier lists, vendor lists, names of customers, suppliers or vendors, reference items, phones, documents, sketches, drawings, software, product samples, rolodex cards, forms, manuals, keys, pass or access cards and equipment, without retaining any copies or summaries of such property. Executive further agrees that to the extent Secret Information or Confidential Information are in electronic format and in Executive’s possession, custody or control, Executive will provide all such copies to [[Nucor Corporation:Organization]] and will not keep copies in such format but, upon [[Nucor Corporation:Organization]]’s request, will confirm the permanent deletion or other destruction thereof.

Executive to Return Property. Executive further agrees that to the extent Secret Information or Confidential Information are in electronic format and in Executive’s possession, custody or control, Executive will provide all such copies to [[Nucor Corporation:Organization]] Agreement - Needham - EVP - 2021

Executive further agrees that to the extent Secret Information or Confidential Information are in electronic format and in Executive’s possession, custody or control, Executive will provide all such copies to [[Nucor:Organization]] and will not keep copies in such format but, upon [[Nucor:Organization]]’s request, will confirm the permanent deletion or other destruction thereof.

Covenant to Return Company Property. Executive hereby represents and warrants that on or before the Separation Date, Executive will return to the Company all Company property and documents in his possession including, but not limited to: Company files, notes, records, computer equipment, peripheral and/or communication devices, electronic media containing computer recorded information, tangible property, credit cards, entry cards, pagers, identification badges, keys, and any other items provided to the Executive.

Return of Property. On or before the Separation Date, you will return to RAIT all RAIT property of any kind or character, which shall include, but not be limited to, all RAIT identification and credit cards, any equipment, books, keys, journals, records, publications, files, computers and computer disks, memoranda, data and documents of any kind or description (originals, copies, summaries, disks, files, etc.) that belong to or relate to RAIT or its business operations, including all confidential or proprietary information, and any other RAIT property in your possession or control; provided, however, that you may keep and not return the laptop and/or Surface tablet provided to you as well as a copy of all RAIT files. In addition, you must also copy on a data carrier all data and programs on your personal computers, laptop or iPads, if any, to the extent such data and programs were provided to you or stored for the performance of your services for RAIT, and thereafter delete all such data and programs from your personal computer, laptop or iPad.

Return of Property. Upon termination of the Executive’s employment for any reason, the Executive will return to the Company all property belonging to it, including, without limitation, computer equipment, computer programs, cellular telephones or other property belonging to the Company, and documents, property and data of any nature and in any form, including electronic or magnetic form, reflecting any confidential information described in Subsection # above.

Return of Property. Employee represents and warrants that on or before the Separation Date he will return to [[SMTC:Organization]] all records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications and other documents or property, or reproductions of any aforementioned items, relating to [[SMTC:Organization]], its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors or assigns that were given to him by [[SMTC:Organization]] or were compiled or prepared by him in connection with his employment by [[SMTC:Organization]] (“Documents”).
