Return of Property. To the extent he has not already done so, Executive shall immediately return to Company all Company property, including all keys, credit cards, files, documents, business records, customer records, computer discs and other Company property and assets that may be in his possession or control.

To the extent he has not already done so,Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, Executive shall immediatelypromptly return to the Company all of the property of the Company property, including all keys,and its Affiliates, including, without limitation, automobiles, equipment, computers, fax machines, portable telephones, printers, software, credit cards, files, documents, business records,manuals, customer records, computer discslists, financial data, letters, notes, notebooks, reports and other Company propertycopies of any of the above and assetsany Confidential Information that may beis in histhe possession or control.under the control of Executive, regardless of the form in which it is held or maintained.

ToExecutive agrees, unless expressly instructed to the extent he has not already done so, Executive shall immediatelycontrary in writing, to return to Company all Company property,property and data (original, electronic, and hard copies) in his possession on or before the Resignation Effective Date, including but not limited to all the Company’s business records and documentation of any kind, all tangible and intangible property of the Company and relating to his employment with the Company, and all Company-issued devices, keys, credit cards, files, documents, business records, customer records, computer discs andor other Company property and assets that may be in his possession or control.property.

The Executive further confirms that he has cancelled all accounts for his benefit, if any, in the Company's name, including but not limited to, credit cards, telephone charge cards, cellular phone, wireless data, and computer accounts.
