[[Organization A:Organization]] hereby employs Executive as a Managerial Employee. Executive’s employment is at will. As an at-will Employee, the Executive has the right to voluntarily terminate his/her employment at any time, and with or without advance notice, subject to the terms and conditions herein in this Agreement. [[Organization A:Organization]] also has the option to involuntarily terminate the Executive’s employment at any time, with or without cause, and with or without advance notice, subject to the terms and conditions herein in this Agreement.

[[Organization A:Company:Organization]] hereby employs Executive as a Managerial Employee. Executive’s employment is at will. As an at-will Employee, the Executive has the right to voluntarily terminate his/her employment at any time, and with or without advance notice, subject to the terms and conditions herein in this Agreement. [[Organization A:Company:Organization]] also has the option to involuntarily terminate the Executive’s employment at any time, with or without cause, and with or without advance notice, subject to the terms and conditions herein in this Agreement.

During the Term, the Executive’s employment is at will. As an at-will Employee, the Executive has the right to voluntarily terminate his/her employment at any time, with or without cause, and with or without advance notice, subject to the terms and conditions herein in this Agreement. [[Organization A:Organization]] also has the option to involuntarily terminate the Executive’s employment at any time, with or without cause, and with or without advance notice, subject to the terms and conditions herein in this Agreement. This Agreement is terminated when the Executive’s employment as a Managerial Employee is terminated under this Agreement.

Any change to the at-will employment relationship must be by specific, written agreement signed by Executive and conditions hereinthe Company’s CEO.
