Executive Representations. Executive represents and warrants that Executive # has been paid all compensation owed (including, but not limited to, overtime and bonus compensation) and for all hours worked; # has received all the leave and leave benefits and protections for which Executive was eligible, pursuant to the Family and Medical Leave Act or otherwise, and # has not suffered any on-the-job injury for which Executive has not already filed a claim.
