The ADEA release is not effective or enforceable until expiration of the seven day period. However, the ADEA release becomes fully effective, valid and irrevocable if it has not been revoked within the seven day period immediately following your execution of this Waiver and Release of Claims. The parties agree that if you exercise your right to revoke this Waiver and Release of Claims, then you are not entitled to any of the release payment set forth in [Section I].F. of the Agreement.
