EXECUTION OF LEASE; NO OPTION OR OFFER. The submission of this Lease to Tenant shall be for examination purposes only, and shall not constitute an offer to or option for Tenant to lease the Premises. Execution of this Lease by Tenant and its return to Landlord shall not be binding upon Landlord, notwithstanding any time interval, until Landlord has in fact executed and delivered this Lease to Tenant, it being intended that this Lease shall only become effective upon execution by Landlord and delivery of a fully executed counterpart to Tenant.

EXECUTION OF LEASE; NO OPTION OR OFFER. The submission of this Lease to Tenant shall be for examination purposes only, and shall not constitute an offer to or option for Tenant to lease the Premises unless and until Landlord has executed and delivered this Lease to Tenant.

No Offer. The preparation and submission of a draft of this Lease by either party to the other shall not constitute an offer, nor shall either party be bound to any terms of this Lease or the entirety of the Lease itself until both parties have fully executed a final document and an original signature document has been received by both parties. Until such time as described in the previous sentence, either party is free to terminate negotiations with no obligation to the other.

No Option. The submission of this Lease to Tenant for review or execution does not create an option or constitute an offer to Tenant to lease the Premises on the terms and conditions contained herein, and this Lease shall not become effective unless and until it has been executed and delivered by both Landlord and Tenant.

No Offer. The submission of the Lease to Tenant shall not be deemed an offer by Landlord to rent the Premises to Tenant, such an offer only being made by the delivery to Tenant of a Lease signed by Landlord.

No Option. Submission of this Lease to Tenant for examination or negotiation does not constitute an option to lease, offer to lease or a reservation of, or option for, the Premises; and this document shall become effective and binding only upon the execution and delivery hereof by Landlord and Tenant.

Submission of this Sublease for examination or signature by Sublessee does not constitute a right to, reservation of, option for or option to sublease, and such submission is not effective as a sublease or otherwise until execution and delivery by both Sublessor and Sublessee, subject, however, to the provisions of Paragraph 26 above.

No Offer. The submission by Landlord of this instrument to Tenant for examination, negotiation or signature does not constitute an offer of, an option for, or a representation by Landlord regarding, a prospective lease. This Lease shall be effective if and when (and only if and when) it has been executed and delivered by both Landlord and Tenant.

No Offer. The submission of this Lease to Tenant shall not be construed as an offer, and Tenant shall not have any rights under this Lease unless Landlord executes a copy of this Lease and delivers it to Tenant.
