Execution of Documents. You hereby acknowledge and agree that the manner selected by the Company by which you indicate your consent to your Grant Notice is also deemed to be your execution of your Grant Notice and of this Agreement. You further agree that such manner of indicating consent may be relied upon as your signature for establishing your execution of any documents to be executed in the future in connection with your Award. This Agreement shall be deemed to be signed by the Company and you upon the respective signing by the Company and you of the Grant Notice to which it is attached.

Execution of Documents. The Participant, by his or her execution of this Agreement, hereby agrees to execute any documents requested by the Company in connection with the conversion of the Awarded Units into Common Shares pursuant to this Agreement.

Execution of Documents. The Borrowers hereby empower and authorize the Borrower Representative, on behalf of the Borrowers, to execute and deliver to Lender any agreements, certificates, documents, or instruments as shall be necessary or appropriate to effect the purposes of the Loan Documents, including without limitation, Borrowing Requests and Borrower Compliance Certificates. Each Borrower agrees that any action taken by the Borrower Representative or the Borrowers in accordance with the terms of this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, and the exercise by the Borrower Representative of its powers set forth therein or herein, together with such other powers that are reasonably incidental thereto, shall be binding upon all of the Borrowers.
