Counterpart Execution. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, all of which when taken together shall constitute one and the same instrument, and any of the parties hereto may execute this Agreement by signing any such counterpart. Delivery of an executed counterpart of this Agreement by telefacsimile or other electronic method of transmission shall be equally as effective as delivery of an original executed counterpart of this Agreement. Any party delivering an executed counterpart of this Agreement by telefacsimile or other electronic method of transmission also shall deliver an original executed counterpart of this Agreement, but the failure to deliver an original executed counterpart shall not affect the validity, enforceability, and binding effect of this Agreement.

Counterpart Execution. This Lease Supplement No. 4 may be executed in any number of counterparts and by each of the parties hereto or thereto on separate counterparts, all such counterparts together constituting but one and the same instrument.

Counterpart Execution. This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be deemed to be an original and all of which counterparts, taken together, shall constitute but one and the same instrument. Delivery of an electronically executed counterpart of this Amendment shall be equally as effective as delivery of an original executed counterpart of this Amendment.

Counterpart. This Agreement shall become binding when any one or more counterparts of it, individually or taken together, shall bear the signatures of each of the Parties hereto. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be an original as against either Party whose signature appears thereon, but all of which taken together shall constitute but one and the same instrument.

Multiple Counterpart Execution; Governing Law. This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, which each counterpart constituting a binding agreement between the signatory parties, and with all such counterparts constituting an integrated document. This Agreement shall be construed and governed by the laws of the State of Nevada

Section # Execution in Counterparts. This Amendment may be executed in counterparts (and by different parties hereto in different counterparts), each of which shall constitute an original, but all of which when taken together shall constitute a single contract. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page of this Amendment by facsimile or in electronic (i.e., “pdf” or “tif”) format shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Amendment.

SECTION # Execution in Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different parties hereto in separate counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed to be an original and all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same agreement. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page to this Agreement by telecopier shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Agreement.

Execution in Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different parties hereto in separate counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed to be an original and all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same agreement. Upon execution and delivery by any Guarantor of a counterpart hereto, such Guarantor shall become party hereto and a Guarantor hereunder with the same force and effect as if originally a party hereto. The execution and delivery of a counterpart hereto by any Guarantor shall not require the consent of any other party hereto, and the rights and obligations hereunder of the other parties hereto shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding the addition of any Guarantor as a party hereto.

Execution and Re-Execution of this Agreement. Please execute the Agreement and re-execute the Agreement no later than fifteen (15) days following your Termination Date in the space provided for each such execution on the signature page hereto and return this Agreement to Carrie Reuter (or their successor) at the following address:

EXECUTION, EFFECTIVENESS, SURVIVAL. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts (and by different parties hereto in different counterparts), each of which shall constitute an original, but all of which when taken together shall constitute a single contract. This Agreement and the other documents executed in connection herewith constitute the entire contract among the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersede any and all previous agreements and understandings, oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page of this Agreement by telecopy shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Agreement. This Agreement shall become effective upon the execution and delivery hereof by [[Organization A:Organization]] and [[Organization B:Organization]] and shall continue in full force and effect until the Maturity Date and thereafter so long as any Obligations remain outstanding hereunder. [[Organization B:Organization]] reserves the right to issue press releases, advertisements, and other promotional materials describing any successful outcome of services provided on [[Organization A:Organization]]’s behalf. [[Organization A:Organization]] agrees that [[Organization B:Organization]] shall have the right to identify [[Organization A:Organization]] by name in those materials.

Execution and Delivery. This Amendment and the other Loan Documents being executed and delivered in connection with this Amendment to which it is, or is to become, a party have been or will be (as the case may be) duly executed and delivered by it, and each of this Amendment and the Amended Agreement is, and upon execution and delivery thereof each such other Loan Document will be, the legal, valid and binding obligation of it enforceable against it in accordance with its terms, subject, however, to the application by a court of general principles of equity and to the effect of any applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, moratorium or similar laws affecting creditors’ rights generally.

Execution of Documents. Any instrument executed by the Committee shall be signed by any member or employee of the Committee.

Execution of Amendment. The Administrator shall have received counterparts hereto duly executed by each of the parties hereto.

Execution of Instruments. The Parties shall execute such instruments and provide such correspondence as is reasonably necessary to effect the assignment of the Lease Applications described in the Paragraph 1.1; however, it is anticipated by the Parties that:

This Letter of Intent may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of which together shall be deemed one and the same instrument. A copy of this Letter of Intent may be signed by Kashi Jinju and [[Resort Savers:Organization]] at different places and at different times. All duly executed facsimile or electronic documents shall be considered original documents and shall constitute binding and enforceable instruments.
