Partial Enforceability. The invalidity or unenforceability of any Section, paragraph or provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other Section, paragraph or provision hereof. If any Section, paragraph or provision of this Agreement is for any reason determined to be invalid or unenforceable, there shall be deemed to be made such minor changes (and only such minor changes) as are necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement, whether in whole or in part, shall not in any way affect the validity and/or enforceability of any other provisions herein contained. Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed severable to the extent of any such invalidity or unenforceability.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement, whether in whole or in part, shall not in any way affect the validity and/or enforceability of any other provisions herein contained. In the event that any of the paragraphs contained in this Agreement, or any portion thereof, is unenforceable or is declared invalid for any reason whatsoever, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not affect the enforceability or validity of the remaining terms or portions thereof contained in this Agreement and such unenforceable or invalid paragraph, or portion thereof, shall be severable from the remainder of the Agreement.

Severability. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held invalid or unenforceable in part, the remaining portion of such provision, together with all other provisions of this Agreement, shall remain valid and enforceable and continue in full force and effect to the fullest extent consistent with law.

If all or part of any section, paragraph or provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall not have any effect whatsoever on any other section, paragraph or provision of this Agreement, nor on the remainder of the said section, paragraph or provision, unless otherwise expressly provided for in this Agreement.

Section # Validity. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provisions of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
