“Credit Documents” shall mean this Agreement, the First Amendment, the Guarantee, the Security Documents and any promissory notes issued by the Borrower under this Agreement and any other agreements executed by Credit Parties in connection with this Agreement and expressly identified as “Credit Documents” therein.

“Credit Documents” shall mean this Agreement, the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, the Third Amendment, the Guarantee, the Security Documents and any promissory notes issued by the Borrower under this Agreement and any other agreements executed by Credit Parties in connection with this Agreement and expressly identified as “Credit Documents” therein.

“Credit Documents” shall mean this Agreement, the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, the Third Amendment, the Fourth Amendment, the Fifth Amendment, the Guarantee, the Security DocumentsDocuments, any Intercreditor Agreement and any promissory notes issued by the Borrower under this Agreement and any other agreements executed by Credit Parties in connection with this Agreement and expressly identified as “Credit Documents” therein.

“Credit Documents” shall mean this Agreement, the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, the Third Amendment, the Fourth Amendment, the Fifth Amendment, the Sixth Amendment, the Seventh Amendment, the Guarantee, the Security DocumentsDocuments, any Intercreditor Agreement and any promissory notes issued by the Borrower under this Agreement and any other agreements executed by Credit Parties in connection with this Agreement and expressly identified as “Credit Documents” therein.

“Credit Documents” shall mean this Agreement, each Note, the First Amendment, the Guarantee,Subsidiaries Guaranty, the Security DocumentsDocuments, the Grant of Security Interest in U.S. Trademarks, the Grant of Security Interest in U.S. Copyrights, the Grant of Security Agreement in U.S. Patents, the Additional Security Documents, and collateral assignments, pledge agreements, account assignments, control agreements, or other reimbursement agreements, any subordination agreements, intercreditor agreements and any promissory notes issued by the Borrower under this Agreement and anyall other agreementsagreements, instruments and documents, including powers of attorney, consents, and all other writings heretofore, now or hereafter executed by any Credit PartiesParty and/or delivered to Lender in connection with this Agreement and expressly identified as “Credit Documents” therein.Agreement.

“Credit Documents” shall mean this Agreement, the Limited Waiver, the Consent, the First Amendment, the Guarantee, the Security DocumentsDocuments, each Letter of Credit and any promissory notesNotes issued by the Borrower​ to a Lender under this Agreement and any other agreements executed by Credit Parties in connection with this Agreement and expressly identified as “Credit Documents” therein.Agreement.

“Credit Documents” shall mean this Agreement, Amendment and Restatement No. 1, Amendment No. 1, Amendment No. 2, each Note, the Guaranty Agreement, each Security Document, the ABL Intercreditor Agreement, any First Lien/Second Lien Intercreditor Agreement, any Additional Intercreditor Agreement, any Pari Passu Intercreditor Agreement, each Incremental Term Loan Amendment, the Guarantee, the Security Documentseach Refinancing Term Loan Amendment and any promissory notes issued by the Borrower under this Agreement and any other agreements executed by Credit Parties in connection with this Agreement and expressly identified as “Credit Documents” therein.each Extension Amendment.

“Credit Documents” shall meanmeans this Agreement, the First Amendment,Notes, the Guarantee,Fee Letters, the Security DocumentsCollateral Documents, and any promissory notes issuedeach other agreement, instrument or document executed by the Borrower under this Agreement andor any other agreements executed by Credit PartiesGuarantor at any time in connection with this Agreement and expressly identified as “Credit Documents” therein.Agreement.”

“Credit Documents” shall meanmeans this Credit Agreement, the First Amendment, the Guarantee, the Security DocumentsNotes, each Guaranty (if any), any Notice of Borrowing, any Competitive Bid Quote Request, any Notice of Continuation/Conversion and any promissory notesall other related agreements and documents issued by the Borrower under this Agreement and any other agreements executed by Credit Parties in connection with this Agreement and expressly identified as “Credit Documents” therein.or delivered hereunder or thereunder or pursuant hereto or thereto.

“Credit Documents” shall mean this Agreement,Documents: means the First Amendment, the Guarantee, the Security Documents and any promissory notes issued by the Borrower under thisCredit Agreement and anyall promissory notes, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, UCC’s, letters of credit, reimbursement agreements, waivers, amendments, modifications, supplements, forbearances, intercreditor agreements, subordination agreements and all other agreementsagreements, documents or instruments executed by Credit Partiesand delivered in connection with this Agreement and expressly identified as “Credit Documents” therein.therewith.
