Executed Credit Documents contract clause examples

Credit Documents” means this Agreement, the Notes, the Fee Letters, the Collateral Documents, and each other agreement, instrument or document executed by the Borrower or any Guarantor at any time in connection with this Agreement.”

Credit Documents” means this Credit Agreement, the Notes, each Guaranty (if any), any Notice of Borrowing, any Competitive Bid Quote Request, any Notice of Continuation/Conversion and all other related agreements and documents issued or delivered hereunder or thereunder or pursuant hereto or thereto.

Loan Documents” means this Credit Agreement, the Notes (including any renewals, extensions, re-issuances and refundings thereof), each Letter of Credit Application, each of the Collateral Documents, each Joinder Agreement, any agreement creating or perfecting rights in Cash Collateral or other credit support provided by a Borrower Party pursuant to the provisions of [Section 2.13] and such other agreements and documents (including any fee letters), and any amendments or supplements thereto or modifications thereof, executed or delivered pursuant to the terms of this Credit Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents and any additional documents delivered in connection with any such amendment, supplement or modification.

Credit Document” means each of this Agreement, the Collateral Documents, the Counterpart Agreements, the Extension/Modification Agreements, the Incremental Facility Agreements, the Refinancing Facility Agreements, the ABL Intercreditor Agreement, any agreement designating an additional Issuing Bank as contemplated by [Section 2.3(i)] and, except for purposes of [Section 10.5], the Notes, if any, and any documents or certificates executed by the Borrower in favor of any Issuing Bank relating to Letters of Credit (including any fee letter relating to the fees payable to such Issuing Bank pursuant to [Section 2.10(b)]).

Credit Documents” shall mean this Agreement, each Note, the Subsidiaries Guaranty, the Security Documents, the Grant of Security Interest in U.S. Trademarks, the Grant of Security Interest in U.S. Copyrights, the Grant of Security Agreement in U.S. Patents, the Additional Security Documents, and collateral assignments, pledge agreements, account assignments, control agreements, or other reimbursement agreements, any subordination agreements, intercreditor agreements and any and all other agreements, instruments and documents, including powers of attorney, consents, and all other writings heretofore, now or hereafter executed by any Credit Party and/or delivered to Lender in connection with this Agreement.

Credit Documents” shall mean this Agreement, the First Amendment, the Guarantee, the Security Documents and any promissory notes issued by the Borrower under this Agreement and any other agreements executed by Credit Parties in connection with this Agreement and expressly identified as “Credit Documents” therein.

Loan Documents” means this Agreement, the Notes, each Guaranty, each Collateral Document, the Fee Letter and each LC Document.
