From and after the date hereof, # the term “Agreement” in the Loan Agreement, and all references to the Loan Agreement in any Credit Document shall mean the Loan Agreement, as amended by this Amendment and # the term “Credit Documents” defined in the Loan Agreement shall include, without limitation, this Amendment and any agreements, instruments and other documents executed or delivered in connection herewith.

From and after the date hereof, # the term “Agreement” in the Credit Agreement, and all references to the Credit Agreement in any Loan Document, shall mean the Credit Agreement, as interpreted in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and # the term “Loan Documents” in the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall include this Agreement.

From and after the date hereof, # the term “Agreement” in the Credit Agreement, and all references to the Credit Agreement in any Loan Document, shall mean the Credit Agreement, as interpreted in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and # the term “Loan Documents” in the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall include this Agreement.

SECTION # Loan Document. This Amendment shall constitute a “Loan Document” for all purposes of the Amended Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents. From and after the Amendment Effective Date, the terms “Agreement”, “this Agreement”, “herein”, “hereafter”, “hereto”, “hereof” and words of similar import, as used in the Amended Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents, shall refer to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.

SECTION # Loan Document. This Amendment shall constitute a “Loan Document” for all purposes of the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents. From and after the Amendment Effective Date, the terms “Agreement”, “this Agreement”, “herein”, “hereafter”, “hereto”, “hereof” and words of similar import, as used in the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents, shall refer to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.

On and after the date hereof, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereunder”, “hereof” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement, and each reference in the other Loan Documents to the “Credit Agreement”, “thereunder”, “thereof” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement, mean and are a reference to the Credit Agreement as modified by this Amendment. This Amendment is a Loan Document executed pursuant to the Credit Agreement and shall be construed, administered and applied in accordance with the terms and provisions thereof.

Reference to Agreement. Each of the Loan Documents, including the Original Credit Agreement and any and all other agreements, documents, or instruments now or hereafter executed and delivered pursuant to the terms hereof or pursuant to the terms of the Original Credit Agreement as amended hereby, are hereby amended so that any reference in such Loan Documents to the Original Credit Agreement shall mean a reference to the Original Credit Agreement as amended hereby.

On and after the date hereof, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereunder” or “hereof’, and in each other Loan Document to “the Credit Agreement”, “thereunder” or “thereof”, or in each case words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement, shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement, as amended by this Amendment.

On and after the Amendment Effective Date, each reference in the Existing Credit Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereunder”, “hereof”, “herein”, or words of like import, and each reference to the “Credit Agreement” in any other Loan Document shall be deemed a reference to the Credit Agreement. This Amendment Agreement shall constitute a “Loan Document” for all purposes of the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

From and after the effectiveness of the amendment to the Credit Agreement evidenced hereby, the terms “Agreement”, “this Agreement”, “herein”, “hereinafter”, “hereto”, “hereof” and words of similar import, as used in the Amended Credit Agreement, shall, unless the context otherwise requires, refer to the Amended Credit Agreement, and the term “Credit Agreement”, as used in the other Loan Documents, shall mean the Amended Credit Agreement.
