Collateral”: all Property of the Loan Parties, now owned or hereafter acquired, upon which a Lien is purported to be created by any Security Document, excluding in all events Excluded Property.

Collateral” means any and all property of any Loan Party subject to a Lien under any Collateral Document and any and all other property of any Loan Party, now existing or hereafter acquired, that is or becomes subject to a Lien pursuant to any Collateral Document to secure the Secured Obligations. For the avoidance of doubt, in no event shall “Collateral” include any Excluded Asset.

Collateral” means all Specified Property, now owned or hereafter acquired, upon which a Lien is purported to be created by any Security Document for so long as required under the terms of this Agreement and the Security Documents.

“Collateral” means any and all Property of the Loan Parties, now existing or hereafter acquired, upon which a Lien is purported to be created by any Collateral Document, and any and all other Property of the Loan Parties, now existing or hereafter acquired, that at any time is or becomes subject to a Lien in favor of Administrative Agent, on behalf of itself and the Secured Parties, to secure the Secured Obligations. For the avoidance of doubt, Collateral shall not include any Excluded Property.

Collateral” means all assets and interests in assets and proceeds thereof now owned or hereafter acquired by any Loan Party in or upon which a Lien is granted by such Person in favor of Agent or the Lenders under any of the Loan Documents.
