Company Property. Employee agrees that Employee has returned or will return to the Company on or before Employee’s Termination Date, any and all Company property and Confidential Information, including originals and copies thereof (whether in hard copy or electronic form), including, without limitation, books, records and documents, files, memoranda, credit cards, Company passes, keys, computer access codes, disk and instructional manuals, tools, computers, and other physical property, which was or may be in Employee’s possession or under Employee’s control.

Return of Company Property. Immediately on the effective date of Employee’s termination of employment with the Company, for any reason, or at any time upon request of the Company, Employee shall return all property in Employee’s possession belonging to the Company, whether tangible or intangible, including, but not limited to, all physical and electronically stored data, emails, keys, credit cards, equipment, computers, Confidential Information, tablets, cell phones, vehicles, books, records, customer information, programs and data compilation, contracts, communications and other materials belonging to the Company, including any Company information stored on Employee’s Personal Electronic Equipment.

Return of Company’s Property and Materials. Upon termination of Employee’s services with the Company, Employee shall deliver to the Company all Company property and materials that are in Employee's possession or control, including all of the information described as confidential information in Section 5.1 of this Agreement and including all other information relating to any inventions, discoveries, improvements, trade secrets, formulae, processes, know-how, or original works of authorship of the Company.

Return of Property. Immediately upon termination (or at such earlier time as requested by the Company or its designees), Employee shall deliver to the Company all of its property, including but not limited to all work in progress, research data, equipment, originals and copies of documents and software, client information and lists, financial information, and all other material in her possession or control that belongs to the Company or its clients or contains Confidential Information, as defined in Article 4.

Duty to Return Company Documents and Property. As provided in the Employment Agreement, Employee agrees that Employee shall: # not take, retain, copy, alter, destroy, or delete any files, documents or other materials whether or not embodying or recording any Confidential Information, including copies, without obtaining the advance written consent of an authorized Company representative; # promptly return to the Company all Confidential Information, documents, files, records and tapes (written or electronically stored) that are in Employee’s possession or control regarding the Company and its Affiliates; and # not use or disclose such materials in any way or in any format, including written information in any form, including information stored by electronic means, and any copies of these materials. Employee further agrees that, following the Termination Date and as provided in the Employment Agreement,

Company Property and Return of Property. Employee acknowledges that as of the Separation Date, he has returned all originals and copies of any documents, materials or property of the Company, whether generated by him or any other person on his behalf or on behalf of the Company or its vendors. All documents, files, records, reports, policies, training materials, communications materials, lists and information, e-mail messages, products, keys and access cards, cellular phones, computers, other materials, equipment, physical and electronic property, whether or not pertaining to the Company’s confidential information, which were furnished to Employee by the Company, purchased or leased at the expense of the Company, or produced by the Company or Employee in connection with

Employee agrees that upon termination they will return to Employer all of Employer’s property, including, but not limited to, intellectual property, trade secret information, customer lists, operation manuals, records and accounts, materials subject to copyright, trademark, or patent protection, customer and Employer information, business documents, reports, and other items as applicable.
